A Chillicothe woman facing three counts of alleged endangering the welfare of a child made an appearance in Livingston County Associate Court. Sara Elizabeth Eller waived her right to a preliminary hearing and her case is bound over to Circuit Court. She remains free on bond and is scheduled for arraignment on February 8th.
