A man facing charges of three counts of alleged endangering the welfare of a child, had the charges dismissed just over two weeks before a scheduled jury trial. In the Livingston County case against William Earl Gannan, the Prosecuting Attorney, Brian Keedy, filed Nolle Prosequi, advising the court of the state’s decision to proceed no further with this case and to terminate the criminal proceeding.
