On Sunday at 11:45 PM a Chillicothe man was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on misdemeanor charges in Livingston County. 34 year old Mario Tellez Calderon was charged with a misdemeanor Clinton County traffic warrant and failure to yield to a stationary emergency vehicle. Calderon is being held in the Livingston County Sheriff’s office on bond.
