CRP Signup Open February 27th

The annual USDA Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) signup opens February 27^th.  Livingston County Farm Service Agency Executive Director  Raysha Tate says the CRP Program started in the Dustbowl Era.

The signup period runs from February 27^th to April 7^th.  Tate recommends signing up early.
