A Kansas City man was arrested by State Troopers in Daviess County on Tuesday morning. 19-year-old Denilson Hernandez-Garcia was arrested for alleged no valid license and on a Johnson County warrant for alleged speeding. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
