The deadline for paying your personal property and real estate taxes without penalty is less than two weeks away, and the Christmas Holiday falls in that time frame. Livingston County Collector/Treasurer Diana Havens says you have several options for making that payment.
In person in the office or use the drop box at the north entrance.
Havens says the third option is to pay online.
Follow the info on the statement. There is a convenience fee for online payments.
Payments must be received no later than midnight on December 31st or they will be late and there are penalties. Those penalties start at 11%.
