Livingston County deputies booked 41-year-old Amy Lynn Brooks into the Caldwell County Detention Center on an arrest on a warrant out of St. Louis County, for failure to appear on a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond has been set at $10,000, cash only, with 10% allowed. Brooks is awaiting extradition to St. Louis County.
