An Osborne man was arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol in Daviess County on a Buchanan County warrant. 45-year-old Bryce Moyer of Osborn was arrested on a warrant for alleged stealing – $750 or more. Moyer was turned over to the Buchanan County authorities pending the posting of $7,500 bond.
