Theft or vandalizing of political signs is against the law. Livingston County Sheriff Dustin Woelfle says their office has recently received complaints of theft of campaign signs from citizen’s yards. Simply put, Woelfle says this is unacceptable behavior.
He says our great country is founded upon the right to vote and the right to support whomever or whatever we believe is best for our country.
It is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE to steal or vandalize campaign signs under Missouri Law and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent if you are caught doing this.
