An early morning booking into the Caldwell County Detention Center is reported on the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department website.
Chillicothe Police Department booked 52-year-old Thomas Michael Haughton was arrested at about 1:40 am and booked into the jail on a 24-hour hold.
In Johnson County, officers arrested 50-year-old Donna Christine Chacon at about 12:43 am on a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged tampering with a vehicle. Bond is set at $25,000 cash only. She is held in Johnson County pending extradition.
