Shall the County of Livingston exempt senior citizens aged 62 and older from increases in property tax liability due on such senior citizen’s primary residence?

Yes: 1,043, No: 178

Shall the County of Livingston exempt eligible taxpayers from certain tax increases on eligible tax payers’s primary residence above the liability incurred during the initial credit year?

Yes: 933 No: 266
