An extradition hearing was held for a woman currently serving time at the Chillicothe Correction Center. Thirty-four-year-old Victoria L. Voiles is currently serving a four-year sentence for resisting or interfering with an arrest. The State of Indiana requested the extradition of Voiles as a fugitive from out of state.
In the hearing, Voiles agreed to a waiver of extradition and agreed to be returned to the State of Indiana.
