A Chillicothe woman was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a warrant for alleged failure to obey a judge’s orders on three counts of alleged endangering the welfare of a child. Twenty-five-year-old Sara Elizabeth Eller is held with bond set at $5,000 cash only. Her next court appearance is set for November 29th.
