The City of Chillicothe renewed a farm lease contract with Randy Price for a portion of the property at the new Industrial Park. City Administrator Roze Frampton says this is a Crop Share contract.
The City gets 1/3 of the money received when the crop is sold.
This is a 1-year extension to the previous lease.
