Trenton City Council meets Monday with two ordinances on the agenda. The meeting begins at 7:00 pm at Trenton City Hall.
Following the financials and public comments, the council will consider an ordinance to approve a conditional use permit to allow an Air B&B / Short Term Rental at 1009 Normal Street.
An ordinance will be presented to approve a proposal with the City and Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services for Community Water Fluoridation Equipment Repair and Replacement.
Under unfinished business, the council will discuss a traffic study done on Oklahoma Avenue from 28th to 40th Streets.
Under New Business, the council will consider a hazardous materials abatement bid and the 2025/26 City Demolition List.
A Closed Executive Session will be held for personnel matters.
