The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports four recent bookings.
Deputies booked 38-year-old Charles Robert Smith of Chillicothe into the Caldwell County Detention Center for alleged failure to obey a judge’s order on a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance and for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged driving while revoked or suspended. Total bond is set at $10,500 cash only.
On Friday, deputies booked 36-year-old Joshua C. Caudill of Wheeling into the Caldwell County Detention Center for alleged failure to obey a judge’s orders on a charge of alleged unlawful possession of a firearm. He is held without bond.
Chillicothe Police Department booked 29-year-old Blaze Morgan Hussey of Utica into the Caldwell County Detention Center for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
Caldwell County officials booked 31-year-old Tina Samuels of Springfield, MO into the Caldwell County Detention Center to serve 10 days of shock time on a conviction for endangering the welfare of a child. She was also sentenced to 2 years of probation.
