Fuel System Upgrades Considered At Board Of Public Works

Engineering for a fuel system upgrade was part of the discussion for the Chillicothe Board of Public Works as they met Friday morning.  General Manager Matt Hopper says the board approved a professional services agreement with Allgeir & Martin.

To replace steel fuel lines at the Beardmoore Energy Center.

 

Hopper says the engineers will consider alternative materials for the project.

 

They hope to complete the work before the end of the year.

 

There were also discussions about leasing the old wastewater plant grounds to a company.  No further information is available at this time.
