A Gallatin woman was arrested by Troopers in Dekalb County Monday evening. Twenty-four-year-old Emily R Beckham was arrested at about 9:25 pm for alleged speeding and on a warrant for alleged failure to appear. She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
