The Chillicothe R-II School District received a grant to help develop A Career Pathways program focusing on students interested in becoming teachers. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers explains.
$403k for the Grow Your Own program.
Dr Wiebers says this will require hiring an instructor.
To instruct students and prepare them for a career in teaching.
Students participating would be part of the CHS/GRTS programs and students from the sending schools.
