Monday:
26-year-old Treigh M. Fehring of Ridgeway, booked by Grundy County for a conviction for stealing. He was booked early Tuesday morning to serve shock time. He was sentenced to 7 years in prison – suspended, and 5 years probation. He is also currently serving 10 years of probation on two counts of receiving stolen property..
25-year-old Nelson O. Chavez-Cash of Milan was arrested by Milan Police Monday night for alleged DWI and no valid license. Bond is set at $2,500 Cash.
Saturday:
33-year-old Rusti D. Mallott of Blue Springs was arrested by Trentron Police for alleged DWI, Careless and Imprudent Driving, Resisting or interfering with an arrest, and assault – special victim. Bond is set at $10,000, cash only.
