A man scheduled to appear in Daviess County Court for a Jury Trial has pleaded guilty. Fifty-three-year-old Chad Michael O’Bryan of Chillicothe pleaded guilty in exchange for one of the two counts of unlawful use of a weapon – exhibiting, being dropped by the prosecution.
Judge Ryan Horsmann sentenced O’Bryan to 260 days in jail.
O’Bryan had been in custody since October 7th of 2024. He was ordered released with time served.
