A Utica man pled guilty to a charge of harassment from an incident that occurred in May of 2024. Twenty-two-year-old Xander Wayne Mitchell entered the guilty plea in Livingston County Associate Court. He was sentenced to serve 4 days in jail and pay a fine totaling $117.50. He was scheduled to be booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center Tuesday evening.
