A sentencing hearing for Cerrina Collette Anders of Chillicothe is set for October 9th. Anders pled guilty in Livingston County Court to a charge of property damage. The prosecutor is recommending a sentence of 4 years in prison – suspended, with 5-years probation.
Under the agreement, the separate charge of possession of a controlled substance would be dropped.
Anders remains in custody pending the sentencing hearing.
