A single vehicle accident in Caldwell County Friday night led to an arrest and serious injuries. Dalton Stith, a 27 year old man from Hamilton was driving south on Mo-13 at 9:34 PM when the 2002 Chevrolet 2500 travelled off the west side of the roadway and overturned, landing on its top.
The driver suffered serious injuries, as highway patrol was assisted by Caldwell County Sheriffs Department. Stith was transported by Caldwell County ambulance to Cameron Regional Medical Center, then to Truman Medical. The driver was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving without a valid license and careless and imprudent involving a crash.
