A new Evidence Custodian for the Chillicothe Police Department was hired by the Chillicothe City Council on Monday. In the Executive session, the Council approved Cindy Hanavan, the recently retired PD office manager, as a part-time Evidence Custodian, with a pay rate of $22.76 per hour.
January 1st is her first day in the position.
