Highway 6 Bridge deck replacement over Interstate 35 in Daviess County will begin Monday. The bridge will be closed through late August. A detour will be in place directing traffic to use US 69 (Exit 69 to the north and Exit 61 to the south).
During demolition, beginning Tuesday, Interstate 35 under the Highway 6 bridge will be closed overnight in both directions and traffic will be directed up and over the ramps around the closure. Demolition should be complete after the night of the 13th.
