The 36-year-old man arrested following the weekend incident with Chillicothe Police has been formally charged. Derrick Ray Hill of Chillicothe is held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail, charged with alleged resisting arrest, assault on a police officer, and attempting to disarm an officer. He is held with no bond allowed and has his initial appearance before Judge Leamer on Wednesday.
