Huston Seeks To Withdraw Guilty Plea On Two Charges

A motion to withdraw a guilty plea was filed in Livingston County Circuit Court on behalf of Jeanette Irene Huston.  In May, Huston pled guilty to three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Huston claims the guilty plea on the 2nd and 3rd charge were a miscommunication between her, her attorney, and the state..

The motion states all parties are in agreement that those two counts were to be dropped.

A sentencing hearing is taking place today.
