Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports 28-year-old Nichole Lynn Kesteloot of Kankakee, IL was arrested by Stone County officials on May 9th on a Livingston County warrant for alleged tampering with a motor vehicle. She is held at the Clinton County Jail with bond set at $2,500 cash only and numerous conditions.
