A woman currently serving time at the Chillicothe Correction Center is the subject of a request for extradition from the State of Indiana. Thirty-four-year-old Victoria L. Voiles is currently serving a four-year sentence for resisting or interfering with an arrest.
The State of Indiana has filed for the extradition of Voiles as a fugitive from out of state. An extradition hearing is scheduled in Livingston County Associate Court on September 24th, before Judge Michael Leamer.
