A Chillicothe man on probation for a conviction for Domestic Assault was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center Wednesday. Forty-eight-year-old James Lee McCoy was booked by Caldwell County officers on a probation violation warrant. He is held with bond set at $20,000 cash only. He has a court appearance today for a probation violation hearing.
