Bookings for Grundy and Livingston County are reported by the Sheriff’s Departments
A Gilman City man was booked into the Grundy County Jail for alleged DWI. Thirty-eight-year-old Ervin D. Mullet was arrested on a probation violation warrant from a 2023 conviction. The warrant was issued on July 9th. A hearing was held Tuesday morning.
Mullet is also facing Alleged DWI charges in Livingston County.
An arrest by the Chillicothe Police Department resulted in a man booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center Monday afternoon. Forty-seven-year-old William Brandon Harvey is in custody on a 24-hour hold with no bond allowed.
