The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reported five bookings on Thursday.
33-year-old Melody Anne Nichols was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center for alleged tampering with a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $20,000.
41-year-old Brian Michael Flemming was booked for alleged possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $20,000. He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
65-year-old Billy Fred Hicks was arrested for alleged possession of a Controlled Substance and is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center on $20,000 bond.
66-year-old Robert Dennis Sutton of Blue Springs was sentenced in Livingston County Court to four years, suspended, that is to be served consecutively. He was given five years of probation.
36-year-old Andrea Megan Ethel Perea of Moberly was sentenced in Livingston County Court to seven years in prison – consecutive to any other sentences, plus a 120-day program. She had pled guilty on January 20th to attempted delivery of a controlled substance.
