Jamesport Man Arrested For Alleged Enticement

A Jamesport man is charged with alleged enticement of a child.  Twenty-five-year-old David A. Hogan is charged in Daviess County Court and held with no bond allowed.  According to the Probable Cause Statement filed by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, Hogan had been in a sexual relationship with the victim, including the exchange of sexual images, and requested sex with the victim.

A warrant was served and Hogan was arrested and held pending a court appearance scheduled for May 12th.
