A Kansas City Man was arrested by State Troopers in Linn County Tuesday evening. Twenty-seven-year-old Kafele S. Garcia was arrested for alleged speeding and warrants from Platte and Henry Counties for alleged failure to appear. He was held at the Macon County Jail.
