A Shawnee Kansas man was arrested by State Troopers in Linn County Thursday morning. Thirty-one-year-old Miguel A. Baltazar was arrested at about 9:17 am for alleged Driving With No valid License and for speeding. He was processed at the Brookfield Police Department and released.
