A Kingston man was arrested by Caldwell County authorities on a Livingston County Probation Violation warrant. Forty-two-year-old Franklin Amos Holcomb is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center on a probation violation warrant from an original charge of Incest. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only. A probation violation hearing is set for April 10th before Judge Ryan Horsman.
