The Route 139 bridge over Parson Creek in Linn County will close January 5th for replacement. The bridge, north of Meadville, was built in 1933 and has traffic of about 140 vehicles per day. Replacement is scheduled to take about five months to complete, with the bridge opening expected in May.
Motorists will need to find an alternate route during the closure.
