The Little Otter Creek Reservoir project has stalled at about 45% completion. Caldwell County Commissioner Dale Akey says their attorneys advise them not to talk about issues with their contractor on the project.
Akey says if they can restart the work soon, they could see the dam construction completed in mid-2026.
Could be the middle of next summer.
They continue to work to get the project restarted.
