Two recent court filings for Livingston County
An extradition hearing will be held July 2nd for Nichole Maria Rains. The State of California filed for the extradition. The case was filed on Wednesday.
Ashton Taylor Karr of Chillicothe was charged in Livingston County Court with alleged DWI, Possession of Marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A summons was issued Thursday morning for a hearing to be held on July 2nd in the Associate Courtroom. The charges are the result of an investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
