Presiding Commissioner Ed Douglas looked back at the past 11 years, noting progress for the county and its residents. One area Douglas pointed out was the county’s roads. Douglas says the county used COVID money to improve many of its 160 bridges.
Douglas said the townships maintain the roads, and the County increased funding.
