Livingston County Sheriff’s Report – Early August

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report for the first half of August includes numerous investigations and arrests.

 

Incident Reports:

August 5th, a deputy responded to a report of a domestic disturbance between a guardian and a juvenile at a residence resulting in a Crisis Intervention Team referral being completed.

 

August 6th, deputies responded to the 4000 block of LIV 249 on a report of harassment.  The investigation showed a suspect had threatened another person.  Formal charges have been submitted for consideration.

 

 

Arrests:

August 5th, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for no rear tail lights, resulting in the arrest of Delano Fisher of Macon, MO, on an Adair County warrant for alleged failure to appear on the charges of No insurance and failure to wear a seat belt.  He posted bond and was released.

 

August 7th, a deputy arrested Curtis Bassett on a Livingston County warrant on the charge of alleged driving while revoked with a $20,000.00 cash only bond.  He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.

 

August 7th, a deputy arrested Lester Hines on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged possession of a controlled substance with a $20,000.00 bond.   He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.

 

August 8th, deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on US 36 near LIV 269 for no working brake lights on the vehicle.  The stop resulted in the arrest of Kelly Schneiter for alleged driving while revoked – 1st offense.   Schneiter was released pending a court appearance.

 

August 13th, 39-year-old Michael Holtzclaw of Polo, was arrested on a Clinton County warrant.  Holtzclaw had turned himself in on the warrant and was released after posting bond.
