Two arrests for the area are reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol for Monday.
At 11:32 am in Daviess County, Troopers arrested 30-year-old Morgan L. Malloy of Oskaloosa, IA, on an alleged violation of a protection order and on a warrant from Mahaska County, IA. She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail with no bond allowed.
At about 11:05 pm in Boone County, Troopers arrested 45-year-old David D. Bennett of Marceline for alleged DWI-Persistent Offender and failure to maintain the right half of the road, resulting in a crash. He was released for medical treatment.
