The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report of incidents and arrests for the latter half of January.
On January 15th, deputies responded to a 911 hang-up in Utica tied to a domestic disturbance. One person left the scene and the caller declined to cooperate.
Two separate protection order violations were reported — one involving removal of livestock from a property and another involving harassment through a voice app.
On January 25th, deputies investigated an unattended death near Ludlow. A 62-year-old was found deceased inside an SUV at a cemetery.
Deputies recovered stolen farm equipment near LIV 389, though one smaller item remains missing, and they’re investigating an illegal dumping case with no suspects yet.
And one arrest: a 40-year-old Polo man turned himself in on two warrants, posted bond, and was released.
