A Ludlow man was charged in Daviess County Court with alleged domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Thirty-six-year-old Jordan C. Riggins is charged following an incident on July 2nd at a location in Hamilton. The incident was investigated by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Riggins. He is to be held with no bond allowed.
