Two Public Hearings In Carrollton Council Agenda

Carrollton City Council will meet Monday, with two public hearings on their agenda.  The meeting will start at 6:00 pm at Carrollton City Hall.

The public hearings include:

A conditional Use permit to operate a Bed and Breakfast at 9 West Washington Street.

A conditional Use Permit for a housing development at Colonial Estates on 10^th Street.

The regular agenda includes:

• The 2024 Audit Report
• An ordinance to accept the audit.
• An ordinance to amend the city code on open fire burning.
• The council will also consider approval of a budget amendment.
