An early morning call for a domestic disturbance resulted in Chillicothe Police arresting two. Officers received the call at about 12:48 am in the 500 block of Waples. They arrested 62-year-old Bobby Jay Oleson of Chillicothe. He was later charged with alleged domestic disturbance, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He remains in custody with no bond allowed.
Forty-six-year-old Jennifer Marie Swank was taken into custody on a 24 hold. She was released Tuesday evening.
