A Chillicothe woman charged with alleged Involuntary Manslaughter and four counts of alleged delivery of a controlled substance was in Livingston County Circuit Court this morning for plea and trial setting. Twenty-seven-year-old Tehya Renae Kelley’s attorney requested a continuation of the case until May 1st. Kelley remains in custody at the Caldwell County Detention Center with no bond allowed. The case was filed in October of 2021.
