A Marceline man was arrested on two warrants. Forty-one-year-old Andrew Peter Costello was charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a weapon, and unlawful use of a weapon. He was arrested by Brookfield police on the charges. Bond on that warrant is set at $10,000.
The second warrant is for alleged animal neglect or abandonment, which was investigated by the Marceline Police.
