A Kansas City man charged with four counts of forgery, possession of a forging instrument, and tampering with a motor vehicle made a court appearance Tuesday in Sullivan County. Tyler L. McFarland entered a guilty plea to the charge of Tampering With A Motor Vehicle. He was sentenced to five years in Prison.
